On Tuesday, Oct. 28, the 45-year-old SKIMS founder opened up about how she was doing after being diagnosed with "a little aneurysm" in her brain during an appearance on Good Morning America.
"You'll see in the next episode, I did go and get a Prenuvo scan. And I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars[-Sinai] with all the team," she told host Robin Roberts. "Just tune in next week, but everything works out."

"There was a little aneurysm," she told them, leaving her older sister Kourtney Kardashian concerned.
Kim alluded to the cause of the aneurysm, saying that doctors told her it was "just stress."
The trailer teased several challenges that Kim faced around the time of the revelation, including pressure as she prepared to take the bar exam, traveling to Paris for the court case stemming from her 2016 armed robbery and dealing with her divorce from ex Kanye "Ye" West.
"I'm happy it's over," she said about the split in the trailer. "My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four kids together."
Kim married the rapper in 2014, and they divorced in 2021. They share four children: North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6.
During an October appearance on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast, she opened up about some of the challenges in her marriage.

"People can say that there was, like, signs and maybe I wasn't paying attention to them," she admitted to Cooper. "And I think when someone has, like, their first, like, mental break, you know, you wanna be super supportive and you wanna, like, help figure that out and you wanna really get into that with them and be there for them."
However, she noted that West wasn't "willing to make changes," saying, "It makes it really hard to continue on in a relationship that can be toxic."

"When you have kids, it's definitely harder to leave than it is to stay. And it changes everyone's life forever," she said.
The Mayo Clinic described brain aneurysms as "common," noting that some are more serious than others. They are defined as "a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain."
"If the brain aneurysm leaks or ruptures, it causes bleeding in the brain, known as a hemorrhagic stroke," the organization explained. "Brain aneurysms are common. But most brain aneurysms aren't serious, especially if they're small. Most brain aneurysms don't rupture."
Aneurysms can be fatal when they rupture, with Mayo Clinic noting that they require "emergency treatment."
"In many people, brain aneurysms are found during tests for other conditions," they said.
If diagnosed with an aneurysm, the clinic said that "treatment may be right for some people," explaining, "There are many factors to be considered. If it is felt that the treatment risk is lower than the future risk of aneurysm rupture, then treatment of an unruptured brain aneurysm may be recommended."
It is not clear yet if Kim received treatment for her aneurysm.
New episodes of The Kardashians drop Thursdays on Hulu.
