Jana Kramer is teasing fans with new tidbits about the One Tree Hill reboot. On the Sept. 9 episode of her Whine Down podcast, Kramer confirmed that Netflix is onboard for the reboot of the series, which stars Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton both teased on Instagram at the end of August.
