Furious mothers of women allegedly killed by undocumented migrants have given emotional testimony at a congressional hearing and slammed the Biden Administration over America's open border. Patty Morin, 64, was among those who shared heartbreaking testimony on Tuesday, where she gave a chilling account of her daughter Rachel's brutal rape and murder at the age of 37 on a hiking trail in Maryland last year. Suspect Victor Martinez Hernandez, 23, was arrested nearly a year later in June, and had carried out a trail of criminality since entering the country illegally, police said.
