<p>In a surprising moment on-stage in New Jersey this weekend, country music singer Darius Rucker stopped performing live and told fans the show could not go on.</p>
<p>"Y'all, I can't sing anymore," Rucker, 59, told the crowd at the Hard Rock Casino in Atlantic City on Saturday, July 12. "This never happened. I physically can't sing, and I promise you on everything that I stand for I will make this up to you."</p>
<p>A fan captured the moment Rucker finished singing his hit song "Wagon Wheel," before apologizing to the crowd and exiting the stage.</p>
<p>The country star promised refunds for fans in attendance, according to PhillyBurbs, part of the USA TODAY Network.</p>
<p>"Thank you so much for coming out Saturday night," Rucker posted on social media on Sunday, July 13, PhillyBurbs reported. "I feel awful and I'm so sorry. I have never lost my voice in all my years of performing. We looked at every option to reschedule, but unfortunately, it's just not possible this year so we're issuing full refund."</p>
<p>It was the third show in a 45-date international tour for Rucker. Here's what to know about the tour.</p>
<p>Are Darius Rucker tickets still for sale?</p>
<p>As of Tuesday, July 15, there were no indication of further interruptions to the tour on Rucker's website.</p>
<p>His next show is slated for Saturday, July 19, in Hollywood, Florida.</p>
<p>Tickets for that concert and additional shows were still available on Ticketmaster and Stubhub as of July 15.</p>
