The 28-year-old, who appeared on season 5 of Love Is Blind, has welcomed her first baby with her boyfriend Cameron Shelton, a rep for Rue confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. Carson Wayne Shelton was born on Wednesday, April 23, at 10:55 p.m., weighing 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measuring 20 inches long. "I can't believe I made it 28 years without this type of love in my life," Rue tells PEOPLE.
